First, we don't take ourselves too seriously and each of us are fascinated to learn about people and companies, and how to be great matchmakers!
We are a virtual company founded in 2008 after long experience with Management Recruiters International. We work with market research 'suppliers' as well as their client-side counterparts, specializing in finding those hard-to-find 'A' players.
We have experience recruiting in a variety of verticals: tech/telecom, pharma/healthcare, media/entertainment, travel/hospitality, financial services, CPG/FMCG, and more. Buzzwords? Quant & qual, advanced analytics & Big Data, MR salespeople, client services, project directors, field managers, advertising / brand equity, customer sat / loyalty, new product development, consumer insight.
While we do occasionally help our clients with junior placements, our sweet spot is probably in the Director, VP, SVP, etc. levels.
